01

Euros into koruna

EUR is the euro; CZK is the Czech koruna, written Kč on price tags. Czechia is in the EU but has not adopted the euro. Multiply euros by the EUR/CZK rate above, or swap to see a koruna price in euros.

02

Read exchange-office boards closely

In busy tourist areas, the most visible rate on a board may not be the one for your transaction. Ask how many koruna you will receive in total before you hand over cash, and compare it with the conversion here.

03

Keep a reference in your pocket

In the Android app, save the pairs you use, compare several currencies and enter your own exchange rate. Download rates before you leave to keep a reference available offline.

Can I pay in euros in Czechia?

Some shops and restaurants in tourist areas accept euros, but at their own rate and often with change in koruna. Paying in koruna, by card or cash, usually works out better.

Can I convert koruna to euros?

Yes. Tap the swap button. The converter and the table of common amounts switch to CZK to EUR.

How up to date is the conversion?

The timestamp below the result tells you when the rate data was updated, in your local time. The page requests the latest available data when opened and refreshes while in use. It does not stream market prices. If an update fails, it can keep using data less than 24 hours old with a visible notice. Otherwise, it shows an unavailable state.

Will I receive exactly this amount when exchanging money?

Not necessarily. This is an indicative conversion. Your provider may use a different exchange rate and apply fees. Check the final quote with your bank or exchange office before exchanging.
