Why does my bank app show a different EUR/UAH rate?
Banks set their own buying and selling rates and may add fees. The converter shows an indicative rate from our data provider, so some difference is normal.

How up to date is the conversion?
The timestamp below the result tells you when the rate data was updated, in your local time. The page requests the latest available data when opened and refreshes while in use. It does not stream market prices. If an update fails, it can keep using data less than 24 hours old with a visible notice. Otherwise, it shows an unavailable state.
Will I receive exactly this amount when exchanging money?
Not necessarily. This is an indicative conversion. Your provider may use a different exchange rate and apply fees. Check the final quote with your bank or exchange office before exchanging.
